Hi, I am Faisal from Malaysia. Beginner in design especially in tooling design. Have been involved in manufacturing field since after finished my school education. My first position in manufacturing is as Machinist at Possehl Electronic a high speed die stamper for electronic part at Melaka, Malaysia in 2007-2008. Then, I am quit my job and continue my education in Diploma of Production Technology,major in Tool and Die Technology at GMI. After get my diploma, I have joined Ingress CES a die making company for automotive part in 2011 as assembly technician that involved machining, assembly, finishing and trial for new tooling. Have been involved in automotive part development for Proton and Perodua. The model that I involved such as D54T, P620A and the latest P321A. Currently, I am working as designer at Suria Component Manufacturing a first tier vendor for Perodua specialized in pedal manufacturing and tooling development.
