this is my second entry, again a lamp head, this time using led instead of oled.
I definately want the separate parts 3d printed (first in plastic) some day. materials are intended to be: aluminum (powdercoated), frosted glass and goldplated aluminum for the heatsink

Interesting model. My question is: how you going to achieve the radiator, through the process - casting, laser cutting, machining coordinate?. It's a very nice design and I thought it made for marine aquarium (NANO REEF)

i thought the best and easiest way to achieve this shape would be through direct metal laser sintering. A mixture of cnc-milling and lasercutting would also be possible.
