Amarok triple clamp - second design
- Classic design
- Two screws M6 per side (as min. requested)
- Material 6061-T6
- Weight 777g

With 600N (135lbf) applied at one side of the handle bar and same value on the other side (1200N / 270lbf in total) results are: max stress (principal tensor) 124 MPa, Von Mises Stress 109 MPa and max displacement at the extremity of the bracket by 0.42mm

Hi Terry, thanks so much. I don't now either ... Also what forces are applied there. This design gives good results, but it's not the best. Cheers!
