Scott, why all the complications? Is it for aesthetics sake or something else going on here?

Actually Siim, it is not that complicated that part can be fabed with a CNC mill easy.
The only thing I would change is I would use a larger fillet in the corners and around the front boss, so a larger end-mill can be used to machine it. That would also make the part stronger (not that it needs to be stronger).

Its mainly just for weight reduction and aesthetics. Like Terry pointed out, unlike a traditional bike the outer tubes are pretty much just for holding the handlebars so it doesn't need to take the kind of forces a normal triple clamp would.

Is there a way to track changes made to files? I just noticed my file came up as being updated but I didn't make any changes?
