Amarok triple clamp redesigned for higher forces applied on the handle bar. For one side the values are: 400N in -Z direction and 600N in X direction (moving direction). Same values on the other side. In total 2000N (200Kg)
Results: -0.3mm deformation at the end of the triple clamp.
Von Mises stress 131MPa
Stress (principal tensor): 93.5MPa and 137MPa (compression)
UPDATE: second file (STEP) have also the AMAROK LOGO
Other solution, but with the assumption of lower forces:
Amarok triple clamp - 5th design - 548g

Thanks guys. @Terry: This one can withstand more than the others (I did) to fatigue because has lower deformation even at higher forces. Also the medium stress is less than 100MPa (at least 250MPa material yield strength) which gives a quick idea on how much this design can hold. After all it was a good exercise :)
Hi Dragos, I will add it, have no choice :)
