This is a Motherboard tray for ATX motherboards.
All the measurements taken from the ATX v2.2 specs.

where did you get the offset from the top of the motherboard tray to the bottom of the I/O panel cutout, I'm designing my own case so I want to make sure I have the correct measurements.

Check the files section of this model. I uploaded a rar file with the Atx 2.3 spcecs, the PCI 2.2 specs and the low profile pci specs too.
