    Good stuff
    :)))
Yeah I am really N-Joying our rapid proto class
    so interesting :)))

We printed this part on our U-Print. Layer thickness is .25mm, so we used .182(.25/.1778)=.26 for our scale factor.

Whiskers of ABS caused the balls to be stuck initially in the matrix ring. They were easily freed with a tool.

The result works fine. It rotates freely and the interior parts are captive. The inner and outer have +/- .030" wiggle with respect to one another.

i cannot guarantee for another scale . but I'm sure if you play with numbers and see at what lowest scale you can print a sphere (if you go lower the object wont look like a sphere and wont be possible for ball bearings) that about how low scale you should try to go.
about the inner and outer rings wiggle i believe it will be lower if the model is bigger but then again you must play with tolerance. but again in assembly it wasn't a problem at all because i used 3D printed snap rings witch hold the ball bearings in the right position.
about the rotation "whiskers" will be always there (at least on printer i worked) you can use silicone sprav for plastics, it will make it to rotate smoothly or reduce any plastic to plastic friction.
