Bike handlebar special collet v2
Another solution...
Idea a little bit similar to first one ( Bike handlebar special collet v1 ) but maybe better...
I will write about it later - but I think everyone understand this solutions.
The ble cup will be with logo.
This solutions alows to use this special collet on both sides of the handlebar.
On one side you need to use this special collet with logo cup (blue one) and on the other side you use only special collet (gray+black) without logo.
In this solution you need to produce only 3 parts which are universal for both sides of handlebar tape.

4 months agoWhy? You want to make one on your lathe? :) For now it's just concept as you can see. You need to make prototype and then you can improve it. Regarding your question: You mean whole length?
4 months agoNo buddy, i'm thinkin of participating in the challenge and didn't know what length should i design the cap. (I mean only the cap... not the handlebar)
