Blisk with 36 blades for model plane

Blisk is the term short for blade + disk. In a large turbine engine, like the one used in A380, blades are usually manufactured separately and welded to the rim of a rotor. For turbines as small as those used in model plane, however, the above operation not only lower the stiffness and performance of the turbine, but difficult to finish as well. As a result, blisk comes in to being.
