This is very-very old draft of the electric vehicle for two people. The idea was in using natural fiber composites (bamboo and palm fiber + bio resin) and turnable switched control cabin. So it acts exactly as a motorcycle for the driver in high-speed driving mode, but in city it can turn very efficiently with a small radius. This model is just an outlook which was made for rendering etc.
