This car was an excersice of an Inventor Surface Modeling Course I did a few years ago.
The Instructor and Designer of this car is a Venezuelan Engineer called Julio Engelke. This guy is the master of surface modeling in Inventor. The things he does and the gometries he achieves are just genius.
I only can take credit for designing the wheels, the tires and the renders!! hehehehe...
If you want to see other work from Julio, check out the following Links:

And sorry.... Can't share the model...

Totaly igree. My profession focus on strenght calculation ( FEM ) and dynamic simulation of technical engineered dynamic machinery . I'm talking about big machines having many, many parts. That's why i like inventor ( and his representation-possibilitys ).
Surface modelling is,- according to my feeling-, focussing on a few parts of them.
Rendering is the least of my concern but the salesmans(womens) love it to show of at the potential clients. And i don't blame them of course. What can be sold must be build and what is build must be sold.
Working with keyshot know, they want me to be a publicity ( designer ) office rather than a engineering office. LOL ;>)
PS : i have a little alias add-on on my inventor. Feels like a goodie to easy shape things up...and yes surface modelling has many ( secret ) features.
Yip there is little about IV surface Mega
shame as well when you look @ what it is capable of
with your friends car
:)))))
