I have uploaded 2 PDF files with FIGRUE 1 and FIGURE 2. You can see what is my solution for this "door challange".
I think that these pdf files shows everything and solution is simple.
What we need? We need strong springs which will start to work in last stage of opening the doors. We should use very strong springs to hold wind power. The spring works in last stadium of door opening; the spring helps to turn doors back to the "0" position but only in first stage of closing.
You can find on the market lot of types of this springs, many load types of it etc so you can easy resolve the problem with any type of door you have on your ship (lower force spring for small door and higher force spring for larger door) etc
I think my solution is simple to manufacture.
I tried to make simple design - simple design are very easy to use in other much more extravagant designs.
All parts of this design should be made with stainless steal.
