This is basically the same design as my other file (Design for door type A) but this version contains a damper that will be 'switched off' if someone pulls or presses the door handle. This way one can easily go through the door (no damper feeling), but if the door is blown out of someones hands, the damper will work again and prevent the door from reaching high speed.
