STEP file opens fine as a nested block object in Rhino 5 64 bit on my Windows 7 workstation.

You could try opening the SolidWorks Assembly file, Rhino for PC can open SW files.

Also a Keyshot user here, the floor material looks really really good, could you possibly share what texture/material settings did you use? Thnx!
