Hi! Nice model. The battery setup is not good. E-bikes usually use Litium batteries, Li-ion, Lipo or LifePO4 cells. I have build a e-bike to normal bicycle frame. The 10ah LifePo4 pack with aluminium case is only 80mm wide, about 400mm long and 120mm high. I placed it over the down tube to get it as low as possible. My bike has rear wheel hub motor so most of the weight is in the back. Front wheel is very lite, even with the battery in the center. I had the same setup on a full suspension bike where the battery could not be installed over the down tube. I had it installed over the top tube and that made the bike very unstable becorse the battery was installed so high in the bike. Also tried the battery in the rear rack, but that added the rear weight even more!

My broblem is that I don´t now how to use cad and can´t weld aluminium. So I´m bretty far from making this happen.
