This is my second car modeling in catia and still I'm struggling to make the surfaces perfect. Still this time I improved a little bit. Have a watch on this and tell me how to improve more.
I don't know how catia works but it seems like a smooth part. Try doing a zebra test and adjust the surfaces that don't have g2 continuity. If the stripes just change direction, its g1 continuity. Practically in a part g1 is just fine but for a car that is watched under the sun all day, g1 may show some "cracks" on the surfaces.
