The bike axle and spacers can be used to set the wheel on the stand. There are two changeable PBT tips, attached to the lever by pin.

13/06/12 added new version of tool. Now it's possible to use it with different sprocket sizes wheels.
Unfortunately I didn't understand how to add revisions for uploaded files, that's why I just uploaded two new files and marked them "revision_1".

Some feedback from Generat: Very handy and powerful concept! Unfortunately for rear wheels only.
You could machine a blind sprocket to fit the front hub, this way you only need to remove your disk rotor and mount the sprocket instead.
