I have a question. When you turn the crank in clock wise direction, one of the nuts on the lead screw moves to right side, in order to move table top upward. What about second nut? It must move in same direction as first nut. How the second nut will move the table top upward? Thanks, in advance.
A good idea ! ! !

I tried something similar, a one sided scissor jack and could not get it to move 400mm.

it is a 2 part screw, one half is right hand thread, the other half is left hand thread
