Designing a Tool Shed for the side of the house and purchased several hinges and a Latch-Clasp. Created CAD models of each item. The SolidWorks assemblies are flexible so you can move the items. You can find these items at LOWES if you wish to use them in any of your projects.
** Added a STEP AP203 Version of the Hinge & Latch.
