Hpgr - mining rolls crusher
High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) - small version used in mining plant model. 400kW motors from Weg. Universal joints were fully flexible on the original model to show the off-set of the rolls and their crushing movement.
Plant layout of mining operation from crushers, conveyors, separation, filter presses etc. Xeon, 36GB, SSD, Quadro 4000 used to get the very large assemblies together to display in one man's lifetime.
