Used sheetmetal for leaf, welding structural elements for rings. Leaf formtool is in package - put it to dir forming tools in SW and experiment.

This is amazing...unique. :)))
I've not time to make animation for this model. I try it but ... All leafs can move except in ones in the middle. All leafs is made with forming tools from sheetmetal. Make a plate and punch.
