Led light bottle design

Part 1 : Light refraction tube , this follows the same principle as the plastic bottle filled with water intensifing the sunlight within the room.
The leds will be fitted at the cap end of the tube and the light will pass down the tube(s) throughout its entire length. I hope he says :)

Whoa - PCBs! Electronics! Maybe once we get out of the prototyping stage we'll consider that.... its all about cost effectiveness really... but this is interesting ..... so attaching NiMh to batteries with a diode to prevent discharging and a switch isn't good enough? I figured so.
Also - we're trying to print with Repraps or Makerbots, not Objet machines. Killer design though....lots of work was put into some of this design.... good job.
