    Well, I've manufactured my own version based on your rear-end modeling, and can say that it works fine... but I STILL would like to find a proper datasheet for the taper angle.

    1.72 deg per side, (6%) all luer dimensions can be found in ISO 594 1&2

    It's been quite awhile since I've been on here. To answer your question, no I never did manufacture the part, but I'm happy to here that it did work out for you. To create the 3D model I coverted the valueplastics .pdf into a .dxf, imported the two views into Solidworks and worked from there.
