This is something I came up with from an idea I had to Compress the sound that the turbine makes. If you can suppress the sound then it would be a little quieter. Anyway this is my Idea if someone wants to toy with it go ahead. this one fit the Turbine I have on my site still need to make some mods to install it on that model.

interesting idea...could you describe a little more how it works?
i had my own thoughts on that topic: it was about covering the jetstream in layers of turbulent air generated by separate inlets combined with vortex generators attached to the nozzle in order to prevent the exiting gasses to the sides without diffusion. that would simply delay the noise backwards without loosing a lot of energy, also it would lower the infrared signature. well, that not needed in a rc-model but nice to have...
maybe i´ll create a modell sometime
