Update 2013-08-04: Uploaded "OpenRC Truggy Update 2013-08-04.zip" which contains updated files as follows:
Chassieplates are modified to add more space for placement of the battery next to the central diff. (central diff has been moved more off center).
Top Plates have also been modified according to the above.
Added a battery holder and receiver holder.
Modified the bumper to hopefully withstand impacts better.

Update 2013-05-01: New STEP of the Main Assembly added "OpenRC_Truggy_Assy_B.3". This has all the latest stuff which is mainly small design changes. Among other things below are some modifications:
More compact shocktowers to lower the profile of the car.
New steering with bearings
Very basic body holders for those who cannot make their own.
And anything else i forgot...
Note, don´t print that wing, it´s for show only!!
Update 2013-04-07: Added STL files for 3D printing in one single ZIP file (OpenRC Truggy B.2.ZIP). Use this if you want the latest stuff! Also uploaded a STEP file of the complete assembly Rev B.2.

Update 2013-04-06: Uploaded latest version (Revision B.01)
An ongoing project of creating a free for all Open Source RC Truggy that can be printed (to a certain extent of course) at your personal FDM printer at home!
I have tried to keep the design basic for easy modification for others in their favourite CAD software
Also, it's designed for FDM 3D printing.
This is really a proof of concept and i´m very pleased with the result even if there is some work left to be done!
