Can you tell me why noting symmetric or mated together?

Keegan, not sure about the symmetric problem...I checked the assy and everything is aligned fine.
As for the mating of the parts, I drew this model in desktop and translated it to solid works and the mates did not transfer. I did not bother to go through the assy again and re-mate it.
