This is one of the very first things (after tutorials) that I ever modeled in Solidworks. It is a die that I originally designed 2D in AutoCAD.
This was done just for the sake of learning the software. It lacks a few details (stop blocks, screws in parallels etc.) I looked it over and there are a number of techniques I use now that were not employed.

Most of the functional stuff is there. Maybe someone can gain something from studying it.
