Spur gear meshing in pro/e

This is made acc. to Machine Drawing Book. But when I assemble them in Mechanism in ProE, it Show that Involute Profile is Intersacting each other. That can be See in Video and Images, The little Red Light/Line are the Intersecting Part.
So I need the Correct Practical Method to Make Involute Profile of Spur Gear.
If any one know about how to make it. Tell me.

you can add some "backlash" to the gear or pinion. I would suggest you some of the softwares like MITCalc, GearTrax or Gearteq, KiSSsoft etc.
