Trailer Torsion Axle design for Tikitreiler challenge.
This is my concept design, using standard buying parts, such as bearings (SKF), shaft sealing (SIMRIT) and shaft nut (MISUMI). The most complex part in this design is the pillow-block (Upright), which can be made from a single block and then machined or made from 3 parts and then welded.
PS: These colours were used to differentiate parts.
