It looks very nice! What kind of tolerancing have you used with laser cutting? What was the material thickness?

hi philippe Thanks!, on the first attempt I believe my mistake was not to consider the material thickness, thats why it was loose, the last attempt that was today actually fitted pretty well just by scaling the parts so that the grooves where as wide as the material thickness what are you planning on doing?
