The inner frame holds the wheel preventing rotation.
The tongs on the clamps can be fitted inside or outside the tire to prevent the tyre undoing the work of the other part of the tool.
The outer frame can be fitted with either the attachments for tyre removal (3 rollers on one side) or tyre fitting (a wheel on one side to push the tyre in and a roller on the other to take the force)
Alternate holes are provided for use on front wheels.
