How do you put the picture on the screen,is it like when you use INVENTOR and attach a decal?
I always wondered as I'm a newbie as such and I would like to learn these finishes as it really makes the render first class,by the way really nice model!
Thanks,
Most of my renderings are now produced in Keyshot 3. Mainly because of its material quality, ease of use, and the photo-realistic appearance of the final renderings. By opening the Library Dialog Box and applying a material to the object I could than edit the material in the Project Dialog Box. Then to the Labels Tab, and add a label. This added a picture or photo to the surface for me to move and edit as I needed. I could changes the position, rotation, and scale of my label by adjusting options in the textures tab. You cant see it on this model, but I can change the reflection/gloss and brightness of the label to reflect a TV screen's brighter appearance than a simple picture. Finally I can rename the material and select save to library to later use on other parts. Yes, It's similar to using the decal tool in Inventor, Keyshot just has a lot more options for customizing. Keyshot is incredible ease to learn, I would definitively recommend it to you.
