It’s a walking machine, made for a Lego challenge. It has made by Creo Elements/Pro. It may happen, that you can’t open the assembly. It’s because this verison of creo is for school work.
But in the zip filder you can find a video how it works, and a 3D pdf file, and you can use this like a modelling program ( you can zoom, drag, rotate ).
