Welding Positioner, working table has +/-360 degrees rotational freedom at first and +90/-90 degrees at second axe...Can be powered both CNC or PLC as well...
Motors and Reducers are quite durable,very strong and clearance free, so can be used for precise positioning moderate heavy parts...
...I made just one of these machine, and has very smooth movements...loaded or not.

    Ivan, what would be a recommended rotational speed for the 360 degrees welding motion? Thanks

    Hi Ivan really nice work.. I guess the gear box you used is combination of worm and spur gear.. Can you please upload this gear box separately as a part model, as it is not available right now..
