My responsibilities included assessing the needs, interviewing applicants, selecting the applicants, selecting the equipments, establishing the facilities, and setting the operation. • Communication is one of my strongest abilities, as one of my responsibilities at Lear Corporation was to liaison with the media and stock analysts.
