  Pattern using table is very easy. I have uploaded a tutorial please follow it

  1. Step 1

     For this tutorial I made a ring with OD 100 mm and ID 60mm. and created a hole of dia 10 on PCD 80 at 15 degree as shown in the image

     

  2. Step 2

     I will show you how to pattern this hole on same PCD but at different angles
     select the hole and click pattern and opt for table pattern as shown in the image

     

  3. Step 3

     Select the driving dimension as shown in the image.

     

  4. Step 4

     Now you need to edit the table , follow the image

     

  5. Step 5

     you need to enter the angle and give serial no (1,2,3...) as shown in the image

     

  6. Step 6

     Finally your pattern will look like this, You can take any feature and any driving dimesion to pattern of your choice. Enjoy
