  Follow the steps below if it is a sheetmetal part.

  1. Step 1

     Create the walls as seperate features

     

  2. Step 2

     Click Join under the editing group

     

  3. Step 3

     Select the 2 surfaces that you want to join/merge. You can click on the arrows to flip the direction of the walls that you want to keep. Complete the feature

     This is only available from Creo parametric version. (join feature) The merge feature is available in Wildfire 5.
