i originated from the top of bolt per tutorial and now i need to draw threading sketch on opposite end to complete helix spiral can someone please help me.
not sure if this is what you are asking but take a look. I made a plane at the end of your spiral but I think you can draw it on any perpendicular plane

could you give me steps on how you created end plane and how you cut extruded the 60 degree threads in?
1. Create axis for plane, use the diameter of the bolt. The plane needs a line and a point to be created.
2. Create plane by selecting axis and the point on the end of your spiral, this will give you a plane through the axis containing the point at the end of your spiral. (not sure if this is necessary, I think I have done it beofre with one of the standrad 90 deg planes that intersect the axis)
3. On the plane, draw the shape you want to cut the bolt with, thi is the material you are removing, not adding. I drew a 60deg triangle, some threads have different shapes. Fully define the sketch by aligning with the diameter and the end of the bolt.
4. Select Sweep Cut, then select the triangle sketch and the helix, it should show you a preview, if not something is not right.Be sure not to make the width of your cut exactly the same as the pitch, this will cause an error. I made the triangle .09 wide and your pitch was .0909, so that left a little material between revolutions.
