Export/Save as DWG with dimensions

Hello again everyone. So far, with the help from everyone, all has been good. However, recently, I made some designs that need to get cut out on a water jet and was asked to send over DWG files. For me, I thought it wouldn't be an issue. I opened each part and saved as DWG, in the view I wanted cut.

This was fine but the issue was that they required the DWG to include documents.
Ill attach the example they sent to us.

If someone could please inform me how to save as DWG or convert to it with it showing the dimensions, would be greatly appreciated.

I searched online but all that keeps showing up is how to import a DWG file into solidworks instead of how to export.
