help creating a lofted base (file included)

Hello,

I am trying to create a lofted base for a sailboat hull. My approach was to sketch cross sections on evenly spaced planes and then loft using a 3-d guide curve. It works almost perfect until I reach the leading edge of the boat where it goes off track at the bottom and as a result I can not create the necessary fillet on the final plane of the loft. I have tried multiple leading edge sketches but have not been able to get any to work. Any advice or help to properly complete this task?

Again, I need a lofted base and a filleted leading edge (2-3 cm)
