how can i do thermal analysis and changing temperature scale on result SolidWorks to a range of 0 degrees C to 400 degrees C for the results

i am trying to find out the transfer of heat through a frying pan from its heated point (the bottom of the pan) to the handle. the program is solidworks 2012 using its simulation. i believe that i have done this part correctly but i cant work out how to change the temp scale to be much small as i am trying to find out what impact to would have an the user. any ideas??
