  In order for you to download a file from grabcad to solidworks, you have to make sure that the file was made using solidworks or atleast has a solidworks file.

     But im not even at that stage, I don't have the file on my desktop, it's undownloadable. It says it cannot download

  can you please take a screenshot of the error message!
  and did that happen to all models that you tried to download or just for one particular model?

     Hi
     Yes it happened to all the models I tried to download, I will take a screenshot when I'm on the PC, it was in IE9 and it said to the bottom of the page that "original_zip" couldnt be downloaded

     I have the same problem. No matter what file I try to download, it is always the same error message. Cannot Download. What's the fix?
