     why didn't you say so before,might be you should install the prerequisite before installing solidworks.

  1. Try copy and pasting the install files to the hard drive first. (this also results in a faster install)
  2. What is the error message?
  3. Close down any other programs, especially anti virus software (make sure all the processes for this are shut down)
  4. Make sure you have full admin right or at least right permission, to where you are installing
