How can i make a partial section in Solid Works Drawing.

Draw the section line across only part of a view.

If you want part of a view to be displayed as a section: In 'View layout' selected 'Broken-out Section', then go to 'Sketch' and draw a closed polyline. When prompted, enter the depth required.
