How can I mirror a 3D sketch in SW?

is it possible to mirror a 3D sketch?

no you can't. if you plan to turn you 3D sketch into body... why just you mirror your solid model?? now you have two body. to edit the mirrored result, all you have to do is EDIT you original 3D sketch. when you finish edit your original 3D sketch the mirrored model automatically change. it may works....
