how to change geometry.?

i want to keep the thickness and union theses to sketches..look at the photos to help you understand what i want to create.i tried with boundary boss,loft and extrude boss but i didnt make it.any ideas?

I have designed your model which is same as to images as much as i can understand..
so.. i have solved your problem as under tutorial.

Show both sketches
Use the loft command.
Select the outer line of one sketch.
From the small button bar 'Select Closed Loop' then the green tick.
Select the outer line of the second sketch.
From the small button bar 'Select Closed Loop' then the green tick.
Move the green dots so there is no twist.
Then use the 'Lofted Cut' command.
Select the inner line of one sketch.
From the small button bar 'Select Closed Loop' then the green tick.
Select the inner line of the second sketch.
From the small button bar 'Select Closed Loop' then the green tick.
Move the green dots so there is no twist.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve. Could you explain further and upload the file?

if you see the second photo you will notice the sketch i have draw on the subject i want to extrude.and i have create a plane with the same shape of sketch but bigger.so i want to extrude or loft or any other command the model from on sketch to the other.

MANDEEP SINGH THANKS A LOT.i can't open the file you send me because i have solidworks 2010.i will try it and i will tell you what i made. i used loft but i have problem to select the proper sketch and commands.
