how to convert from solidworks file to solid edge file??

i need to open solid work file with sold edge to see what the step and the Dimensions but it don't give me nothing but the sold form !!

if you do not plug the opening solidworks files
This can certainly through IGES or STEP format

Since Kernel of SolidWorks and solidedge are same(PARASOLID), so export as parasolid and import the same, there will be minimal data loss. Otherwise there is no option to convert the SolidWorks file to solidedge.
