How to create a car surface in pro/engineer?

you will have to use boundary blend feature & style feature.
create the basic surface using boundary blend, then edit it using edit surface option available in style feature.

use variable section sweep tool. this is the effective way for creating car surface in pro-e. Hope this will b helpful for u
