  Go to Sketch Tools from the Tools Menu and choose Sketch Picture.You'll need to pick the Logo picture from your disk to create the sketch.
  Afterwards you'll be able to create your logo from the picture with Boss Extrude, Cut Extrude, Revolve, etc. commands.

  So these are the steps:
  Create a new sketch on a reference plane:Front / Top / Right.
  Tools -> Sketch Tools -> Sketch Picture -> Choose the Path of your picture -> Choose Picture -> Open.
