How to create a parametric Revit part
I'm trying to set up a parametric Revit part and have been on the Autodesk forums with no set answer yet. Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

John Miller 10 months agoyou need to set up parameters for the Revit Family. Depending on the type of parameter you are wanting, for example dimensional or material, the process will be a little different. You will also have to decide if you want it to be a type parameter or an instance parameter. I would suggest you google " how to add parameters to Revit Family" as a starting point.
